HERITAGE B traces its roots as a company back to the founding of a German undertaking in the early 20th century. The third and fourth generations of this family of entrepreneurs continue to guide HERITAGE B as majority shareholder and actively participate

As the holding company, we carry out central management functions and provide support in the areas of finance, human resources, legal affairs, auditing and tax accounting.

Founded in 1924 TEKA Group is a leading provider of kitchen products for over 100 million customers worldwide. The Group operates 12 manufacturing plants in Europe, Asia, and North America and produces high-quality fitted appliances and kitchen sinks as well as a broad range of fixtures for the kitchen. The company employs some 3,000 staff worldwide. TEKA has its own subsidiaries in 33 countries and markets its established brands of TEKA, Küppersbusch and Intra in more than 110 countries.

Established in 1740 in Germany, today THIELMANN operates in multiple locations in Europe and North America and markets its products worldwide. THIELMANN is a leading manufacturer of stainless-steel container systems and employs around 500 staff. With its container solutions and services, the group supplies a wide range of industries, including the beverages, foodstuffs, chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors.

The company STROHM, founded in 2018, is a key supplier of high-quality design-oriented solutions for the bath. Originally spun off from the Teka Group in early 2020 the company now has over 500 employees worldwide. The diverse product range manufactured at the two STROHM plants in Hungary and China is marketed in over 50 countries on four continents.

Zug (Switzerland), 1 October 2021 – Effective 01 October 2021, the Board of Directors of HERITAGE B has nominated Christian Ehl as Member of the Advisory Committee of the Business Activity TEKA.

Zug (Switzerland), 1 October 2021 – Effective 01 October 2021, the Board of Directors of HERITAGE B has nominated Christian Ehl as Member of the Advisory Committee of the Business Activity TEKA.

Over the last 30 years, Christian Ehl held various positions in the IT industry. As serial entrepreneur he has founded and co-founded seven start-up companies. He is an expert in digital transformation and digital services. Since 2004, he is Managing Director of Hillert Next, a creative agency, consultancy and technology firm specialized in shaping and implementing marketing strategies. Christian Ehl co-authored “AI&U – Translating Artificial intelligence into Business”; and “Don’t Talk. DO”. He holds an Engineering degree from Technical University of Munich, TUM.

Zug (Switzerland), 1 September 2021 – Effective 01 September 2021, the Board of Directors of HERITAGE B has nominated Francisco Irazusta as Chairperson of the Advisory Committee of the Business Activity STROHM.

Francisco Irazusta’s extensive experience spans from family-owned businesses to large stock listed multinational corporations. He held General Manager positions at companies such as Kohler Co., Anglo American, CRH Products, Nutreco and Fletcher Building. Since 2020, Francisco Irazusta is Director and Executive Chairperson of Tubos Reunidos located in Madrid, a global leader in niche segments of special seamless steel tubular products. Francisco holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at Alfred University, New York.

HERITAGEB B.V. Announces new CEO of THIELMANN

Zug, Switzerland, 08 October 2020 - Effective 01 November 2020, the Board of Directors of HERITAGE B has nominated Dr. Manfred Zurkirch for the position of CEO of THIELMANN. He replaces Dr. Bernd Loeser who resigned from his position earlier this year.

During the recent transformation, Bernd Loeser relentlessly drove strategic development and execution, and he acted as the coordinator within THIELMANN and as the link to HERITAGE B.

The Board of Directors of HERITAGE B thanks Bernd Loeser for his dedicated efforts and engagement and wishes him all the best in his professional and personal future.

Zug, Switzerland, 29th May 2020 – HERITAGE B B.V. Shareholder’s meeting has nominated Dr. Haleh Abivardi Brönner as new Member of the Board of Directors.

Haleh is a successful serial entrepreneur and industry pioneer who founded and developed several businesses over the past 20 years.

After graduating in dental medicine from the University of Zurich, she took over a dental practice in Eastern Switzerland.

Haleh is a successful serial entrepreneur and industry pioneer who founded and developed several businesses over the past 20 years.

After graduating in dental medicine from the University of Zurich, she took over a dental practice in Eastern Switzerland.

In 2002, Haleh founded swiss smile together with her sister, launching a new concept in the dental industry that offers dental services without prior appointments. They developed swiss smile into a leading group of dental clinics providing the full range of professional dentistry at 25 locations in Switzerland. From 2002 to 2017, Haleh served as Chairman and from 2002 to 2014 also as CEO of the company. Haleh and her sister have received several awards for their achievements, including the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman of the Year award in 2007.

In 2017, Zurich-based Jacobs Holding AG joined swiss smile as investment partner and swiss smile became part of Colosseum Dental Group, the leading pan-European provider of high-quality dental services.

In 2019, Haleh and her sister started the new venture swiss shine beauty AG in the field of oral care.

Hanspeter Schraner appointed Group CFO of HERITAGE B

The Board of Directors of the HERITAGE B group in Zug has appointed Hanspeter Schraner Group CFO as of 01 May 2020.

Before joining HERITAGE B, Hanspeter Schraner was the group CFO and a member of the Executive Board at the traditional Lucerne company Bucherer since 2011. He previously held the same position at the Mövenpick Group and the listed Carlo Gavazzi Group.

The Board of Directors of the HERITAGE B group in Zug has appointed Hanspeter Schraner Group CFO as of 01 May 2020.

Before joining HERITAGE B, Hanspeter Schraner was the group CFO and a member of the Executive Board at the traditional Lucerne company Bucherer since 2011. He previously held the same position at the Mövenpick Group and the listed Carlo Gavazzi Group. In addition, he was responsible for group controlling and reporting at the listed Forbo Group and Head Corporate Reporting at the listed Sarna Group. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (later IBM Business Consulting Services) where he advanced from Audit & Business Assurance Manager to Managing Consultant. Hanspeter Schraner holds a degree as lic. oec. HSG from the University of St. Gallen and a diploma as a Swiss Certified Public Accountant.

His predecessor Johan van der Werf stepped down as Group CFO on 31 December 2019.

The HERITAGE B group includes companies such as the kitchen equipment supplier TEKA, the stainless-steel container manufacturer THIELMANN and STROHM, a major provider of high-quality, design-oriented bathroom fittings.

HERITAGE B creates third business activity

ZUG, January 1, 2020 - HERITAGE B established a third business activity at the beginning of the year: As of January 1, 2020, STROHM was spun off from the TEKA activity and will in future report directly to HERITAGE B. CEO of this important supplier of high-quality, design-oriented fittings for bathrooms will be Andrés Castejón.

STROHM employs more than 500 people worldwide. The company was formed in 2018 to consolidate the sanitary activities of the TEKA Group under a brand that links the business back to its German origin. STROHM offers a wide range of taps, shower systems, bathroom furniture and bathroom adjacencies. The company is also one of the main European manufacturers of ball valves for water and gas.

Factories are located in China and Hungary and a technical center in Spain hosts R&D and quality control.

With headquarters in Zug (CH) and Madrid (ES) the company provides sanitary solutions to plumbers, installers and end consumers in over 50 countries. In Hungary, STROHM’s legacy brand Mofém is the undisputed market leader. The company is over 100 years old and was acquired in 1994.
